Jenni Mahnaz

Jenni is Charlotte, NC based photographer who specializes in natural light photography that captures the freedom and spirit of her subjects. For over a decade, she has been capturing life's best moments for families around the world. Weddings in India, cake smashes in Brooklyn, births in Charlotte- no location is off limits. 

When capturing images, Jenni prefers to rely on natural light and spontaneous moments, rather than photoshop and editing. All images are lightly edited but always reflect the truth of the moment that was captured. 

Beyond photography, Jenni is a committed member of the Self-Directed Learning movement. Her children attend an Agile Learning Center in NC where they spend every moment exactly as they wish. Jenni incorporates this commitment to freedom and autonomy in every session she offers.
